Career coaching is a process that helps individuals identify and achieve their career goals through various techniques such as interviewing, communication etiquette, and pay negotiation.

A career coach can help you identify your strengths and weaknesses, provide personalized feedback, offer insights and behind the scenes knowledge of decision making at the highest levels in any industry. 

A career coaching session typically lasts between 45 minutes to an hour. However, the length of the session may vary depending on the needs of the client. An initial free consultation will last about 15-20 minutes. 

Most candidates are contacted by a Recruiter for an initial Interview (or Phone Screen). This interview is the most important part of your application and impression. The Recruiter decides whether or not you move on to the next steps in the hiring process. I can help you prepare, as I know what Recruiters are looking for in their candidates. 

As a Human Resources personal, having information documented is a great way to remember information for later review, and also provides more schedule accommodations  for both the client and coach. Zoom is also used for meetings and follow ups. Emails are checked daily and you can expect a response within 24-48 hours.
